Terms of Service

These terms govern the yuuvii.co website and the Yuuvii mobile applications (“Service”), operated by FMC Software. By using the Service you agree to them. The short version: use Yuuvii only for your own children, never hide it, and understand that it is a safety aid — not an emergency service.

1. What Yuuvii is

Yuuvii lets parents see their child's location with honest freshness and accuracy information, define safe zones, receive SOS alerts, and (in future releases) understand screen-time patterns. One family subscription covers both parents.

2. Who you may monitor

You may connect only devices of children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian, and only after completing the consent flow. Using Yuuvii to monitor an adult, a partner, an employee, or any person without lawful authority and their knowledge is strictly prohibited, violates these terms, and may be a crime in your jurisdiction. We design the product to resist such use — the app is always visible on the monitored phone — and we terminate accounts that attempt it.

3. Not an emergency service

Yuuvii is not a substitute for emergency services. SOS alerts, safe-zone notifications and locations depend on the child's device having battery, connectivity and permissions. Delivery can be delayed or fail for reasons outside our control. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number first (112 in Türkiye/EU, 911 in the US).

4. Accounts and subscriptions

Accounts belong to parents; keep your credentials safe. Yuuvii offers a free tier and a single premium plan billed through the app stores; the second parent never pays separately. Store purchases are subject to Google Play / App Store terms, including their refund processes. Prices may change; active subscription periods are never repriced retroactively.

5. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, probe or overload the Service; don't reverse-engineer the apps except where law permits; don't use the Service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that endanger other users or the Service.

6. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMC Software is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for harm resulting from reliance on location data that was delayed, inaccurate or unavailable — that limitation is exactly why the product shows you freshness and accuracy instead of hiding them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and on this page before taking effect. Governing law: Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
